Our client’s objective was to help explain complex technical concepts for service components to three key target audiences. The goal was to support business requirements and the Business Development team to service and pitch for both local and international projects.
To achieve objectives, we conducted a deep analysis of audience types, identified the high-value clients, and mapped the user experience. Together we identified key messages for each audience type to develop a communication strategy and define the brand.
This increased business efficiencies for client-facing staff and gave clarity of message when developing client proposals, pitches, presentations and more. It also provided management and the Business Development team with a range of useful tools to conduct business and explore new opportunities in local and international markets.
